Debit Order

Good day All<br> <br> i took a multiloan with capitec and usually when my salary comes in you are the first people to debit my account.<br> on friday the 23rd an amount of 27 000 was deposited into my account and you supposed to debit.<br> <br> You failed to debit my account to date even though there is money and you have guts to hand me over?i get a call telling me that i owe capitec,is that my mistake that you failed to debit while i am banking with worse part?<br> <br> what should i do? complain to the NCR/Ombudsman? because you guys are to quick to hand someone without doing a proper investigation?<br> <br> Another is that i have two unknown debit which i dont know about one is R99 and the other one is R88 where do they come from? i would need you to reverse those payment.<br> <br> Please provide me with an answer ASAP and dont debit my account without my permission without explaining and providing proof of what happed otherwise i will sue you because your time has passed to debit my account.<br> <br> Thanks.<br> <br> Tebogo
