Good day,

I would like to lay a complain about Capitec Bank Daveyton Mall Branch.

My 16 year old niece has opened an account and now she recently had an issue about a debit order on her account which she knew nothing about. She went to complain at Capitec Bank but was told that there's nothing the bank can help her with instead they forced to close her account and didn't even reverse the debit order done without her knowledge.

I feel like the bank failed her, I mean she's only 16years of age and the bank was expected to help her reverse and stop the debit order from recurring.
