DEBIT DISPUTE
CAPITEC DEBITS MY ACCOUNT MONTHLY THOUGH I REPORTED THAT I AM NOT EMPLOYED SINCE THE BEGINNING OF 2020. I HAVE CALLED TO MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT FOR WHAT I CAN BE ABLE TO CONTRIBUTE MONTHLY BUT TODAY THEY DEBITED R1500 WHICH WAS MEANT TO HELP ME PAY MY RENT AND BUY FOOD. OUR ARRANGEMENT WAS I CONTRIBUTE R400 . I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
