Debit before pay day.

I'm not happy with Capitec at all, they debited my account on the 21st of the month. When I call them to reverse the money they telling me I should wait till Monday because the 'collection' department isnt operating during pupil holidays. Not I have to suffer for this! The money that came into my account last was meant for something else that I needed to sort out this morning. I need my money reversed before 10am or else I'm visiting your branch to go close my account for good, I am sick of this. What's worse is that I am wasting my own time and money to call you everytime this happens. It's the second time this is happening and I made very clear the last that I don't want this **** happening again. Am I getting paid on the 21st?
