Debit after the loan period

Good evening I here by declare my total horror of dealing with a bank of such a low caliber... I have taken out a loan over a 23month period, yet being the 23month I get debited, seeing the festive time couldn't go to the bank, I call the call center which the guy couldn't help at all, useless

I would like for others to look out for these ppl that promise you one thing and do another
