Debicheck Mandates Hell
Today, 24th March 2026 two debi check mandates went off my account without me authorising them. I was not even aware of these mandates. I went to Capitec and they advised the debi mandates are locked and cannot be reversed. I am unemployed and re**** on my UIF to make urgent payments. Where are our client rights if debi checks can be locked and the banks cannot protect us. I need this to be revered asap.
