Debicheck capitec

I have just called my bank capitec to cancel a debicheck that hasn't gone through as I just realized that it's actually ***** but they refused to do so. I m really disappointed to capitec really coz I don't think that they can't really help me so I am *****ed basically and I found out b4 they took my money. But now I have to wait for this cashfin yo to take my money coz my bank won't act. They told me to phone cashfin even if I explain that cashfin does not pick up their calls that's why I am worried. Anyway guys plz be carefull out there
