Debicheck approvals

I m disappointed with capitec Bank previously when I left Capitec it was because of debicheck that they can't dispute and since I learn that they can't reverse then I don't except any of those but on the 7 September 2021 tracker has send me on of which I didn't accept it but today someone " Capitec " accept it on my behalf

I called Capitec to find out who had accepted the debicheck mandate the consultant by the name Kelvin I must ask the company why they are sending debicheck

I wonder who does this account belong to Capitec or to me ? So if it belong to me I should decide which debicheck I m must accept or reject 🤔
