Debicheck

Capitec Bank is refusing to reverse money that a debt check has taken from my account without approving the debt check mandate. When i chat to one of Capitec employee call Lufuno. He told the debt check was cancel last year but Capitec Bank allow my money to deducted today. I have tried to call the company that take money they confirm that the debt check was cancel. Can Capitec stop *****ing our money.
