Debi check mandate not coming through on the App

I received a Debi check mandate yesterday from Alpha FinTech, that expired. Another Debi check was sent this morning, but till now it is not or has not reflect on the App. Please confirm if there are any issues with the online App and if a Debi check mandate came through this morning.
