I made a complain for ***** on my account but I got call on friday from capitec and told me that I will not get my money back , all I'm asking for money , I don't care of the person that took my money because if I ask my case by police station to go on then they will only make an arrest and I still lose my money, all I ask is for capitec to give me a right outcome as to if I'm at fault or not because I really lost a lot of money
