I really don't understand I went to CAPITEC BRANCH in sunvalley mall long beach as I was told by CAPITEC call centre to report And stop a *****ulent Debi check . they stopped it but the ****mers still deducted money from me account 😡😡on top of that the new lady standing at the door gave me so much attitude when I told what's my issue she was so irritated I almost turned back she wasn't wearing any name tag so we can identify her 😡😡I'm so so so mad am tempted to Leave CAPITEC now my whole family and friends coz of this lady and the guy that assisted me this is not the first time I've complained.ur fees going higher by the year but Ur service is sh@@t it really really is.i mean all they had to do is cancel the debicheck AND FOR SURE S KNOW THEY WON'T REFUND ME MARK MY WORDS..AM SO FED UP WITH CAPITEC I REALLY AM!!!
