I took out a loan with Capitec bank and in Feb 2018 I requested a settlement statement, after receiving it I paid what was due. A few months later I'm getting calls from Capitec informing me about some outstanding balance yet I paid them back the amount owed. This straight out ******** and I want Capitec bank to remove whatever amount they trying to "rob" from me on their system, apologize for this and make sure they do the necessary to make sure that this doesn't affect my credit score in any way.
