My issue with capitec bank has not been resolved but they closed my case, Hoe on earth do you get that right? Funds were taken without authorisation, you busy cookig up stories about how it was authorised allegedly by me i 2022? there is o proof of that, even if that is the case, why wait till 2025? does that eve make logical sence?
