Day light *******

Am not happy with capitec and I think its about time I move banks. I have a loan with you guys for 36 months and installment 3500 so I could'nt pay in May . Now this month my installment is 4700 and am making an arrangement to pay th 3500 at least and am being told that it will increase the months by 12 months what nonsense is that. Now ill be on 48 months this is pathetic. Why 12 months and yet my installment will still be 3500 so pathetic.
