Day light *******

I took out a loan with capitec bank last year and the interest is quite high but i don't mind. The problem is i don't skip any payments and sometimes i put extra money but the loan doesn't go down it always increases instead of decreasing i went to one of the branch was told that the money for admin goes up every month but that's not on the contract, please assist
