Day light ******* ?

So I went to the atm at Main street on the 13/03/19 to withdraw money and the machine retained my card. I went to the branch and was told that my replacement card fee would be refunded and to this day there's nothing in my account. I went back to the branch and was told that I need to wait for the manager to authorize and to my surprise I'm still waiting. This is absolutely bad service especially for someone that's been banking with this bank for years now. I didn't lose my card so why should I pay for the replacement fee when their machine retained my card.
