<p>please help my husband has a loan with capitac bank he was having a problem at work for 4 months he was in a case so he was not getting paid then he told capitac consultant the situation but just after the case was over he then start paying the loan but they said it was handed over so now he is experiencing the problem his paying but dont now where cause the account is still in arrears so now the question is where is the money going please help so it can go back to capitac not lawyers</p>
