Day light *******

I have a credit account and a revolving loan with the bank,during my application I had a agreement with the bank that they will debit my account on the 26th of every month.To my surprise they debit on the 26th and again on the 1st of every month they debit from the credit card and the loan itself..I realised that from the amount that they promise to deduct on the 26th they further deduct from the same amount meaning instead of me paying back 9000 ,I'm actually paying 6000 because they deduct 3000 from the 9000,they are doing it with the credit card as well.As I speak I am unable to pay back and it means the way they do things one will never finish repaying them.
