DATA PROTECTION ACT- I AM ENTITLED TO THE DATA YOU HAVE

I have requested them to send me the DATA they have about me, long story short I got an email after 72 hours telling me that they don't use the communication method I have used to contact them, like that has anything to do with my query. I am not sure about the time frame are they suppose to keep my data for on their system. IS THERE ANYONE AT CAPITEC BANK WHO IS ABLE TO SEND ME THE DATA THEY HAVE OF MY SELF TO THE EMAIL I GAVE TO THEM FOR COMMUNICATION PURPOSES PLEASE. USELESS BANK EVER *********** STAFF LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
