Data not loaded and money taken from account 23 Oct 2021

Capitec Bank is a ********** bank, I purchased data on the 23rd October (R99 - 7 day everyday gigs) It hasn't been loaded to date. I was using the Capitec App, after transacting I did not receive the SMS from MTN regarding the purchase as it was not loaded, I contacted MTN Customer Care and they confirmed that they did not receive my money and I must talk to my bank - which I did, I called their Customer Care and I was sent to the branch, which in turn still referred me to CS, I was sent from pillar to post, eventually they told me that their SP (Blue Label) said the data was loaded and I forwarded them the conversations from MTN that it wasn't loaded. TO DATE I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DATA OR MY MONEY BACK, Can you please help me get my R99.00 back or data loaded PLEASE, it makes me wonder how many people have actually been ****med like myself as you get tired from driving to the branch and making those long costly pointless calls to their DISGUSTING CALL CENTRE - THE LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE THAT I HAD TO DEAL WITH WAS JUST TOO MUCH
