Damaged capitec card that I must pay for
I have a Capitec savings card. I only have had the global card for a few months. Now the the chip is damaged on the card. I went into Capitec Centurion Lifestyle and they want me me to pay R70 for the new card. I did not damage the card and do not see why I must pay this money. I am unemployed and have no money. So what now?

10 Nov 2020, 16:41Capitec is the worst bank in South Africa. I will not be using Capitec Bank in the future. I will be doing all my banking transactions now with FNB. Thank you for the worst customer care service agent to phone me. He was very rude and unapologetic.
