Cycad a useless branch

And the Polokwane Cycad branch did it again. I wanted to open an account for my 14 yr old daughter. I am remarried and our surnames differ. I offered my drivers licence as well as my Capitec card in my previous surname along with my new id. I was told that I had to bring my old surname id ir ny marruage certificate in order to open the account for my daughter. The staff at that branch are belligerent, unhelpful and obviously untrained. I was reading the system with the clerk, not once did it require my old surname. The manageress also was ********. I simply went to the Savannah branch and within 28 minutes the account was opened. The clerk appeared utterly unfazed by our different surnames and not once did the system flag or require supervisor intervention. Cycad, your branch is frustrating, annoying and pretty useless. Kundly dont cobtact me with any pathetic apology. Im not interested. The best is to just avoid that branch at all costs.
