CVV 3- or 4 -digit code

I want to make an online purchase and my CVV number is required. A CVV number is a 3- or 4-digit number, but the black Capitec debit cards only have a 2-digit security code. I called your Client Care Centre and was advised on the obvious, when I told the Agent there is only a 2-digit number, he could not help me and stated that I must go the branch. No one has time to go the branches, we have office jobs. Where is the CVV code on the black debit card.
