Customer Service is USELESS!!!

<p>I just called the customer service contact number to try and get my money back which Capitec stole from me. only for this idiot to tell me I failed the security check so I need to go into the branch in order for someone to assist me. </p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT *** IS THIS? is this what you people call service? that you cant help a customer when they need it?</p> <p> </p> <p>AGAIN you have proved that you are BEYOND USELESS! get staff that actually know how to help customers. </p>
