Customer Service can do better.

On the airtime bought but never received. it took 2 months for me to be reimbursed. with calling at least five times with some calls more than 30 minutes. I have asked them to reimburse for my calls and they said they will pay 50 % because it a shared call. I don't even understand what share call is but I am glad some of my money will be returned. Capitec can really do better on their customer service.
