Customer Service

I think its one of the best and better improving bank in South Africa as customer service is concerned especially with their call centre employees. I was helped by one the lady in their customer centre in collections department to be exact, and i must say she was clear and concise with everything she was explaining. I think she name is Alverien or something Lols am sorry if i botched her name 🙈😂
