Customer dissatisfaction

Banking with Capitec has been such a nightmare. And dealing with the WhatsApp line is awful they only respond after 9 hours, the call centre agents are ***********.. they don’t know what they’re doing and they’d rather hang up then to assist you. It’s been over a month since I lost my money from my account after they’d promise to provide a provisional credit there’s still nothing. And each everyday day I have to call them only to hear that they’ve escalated but there’s no feedback whatsoever. The branch also seems to be clueless. Capitec is a very unprofessional bank honestly.
