Thank you to Raigana from Capitec bank Parow F1 branch for always stepping up and assisting clients in the most customer centric way and going the extra mile

I was at the branch with my dad who is a new client at the bank and doesn't know the bank or the process she really went the extra mile it's literally the second time she restores what feels like a hopeless process which then restores my hope and trust in the bank she is definitely my Capitec bank guardian angel she counters every terrible experience and makes it the most customer centric experience making the client feel valued which is rare on the service industry currently she's definitely an asset to the company and I hope she continues being the great stewardess she is. I believe we so quick to complain when service is not on par so let us do the same when someone goes above and beyond so 10 stars for Raigana
