May I Kindly ask for someone at customer care to get back to. I need to complete payments online and I am failing. I am all the way in France, I ask my friend to go to branch for help, they told to to email customer care and no has gotten back to me since, I asked my friend to call them again I was told to wait. this is quit pressing, please Kindly get back to.
