Customer care/ ***** department useless

I am not a capitec client, Thank goodness.

Someone is trying to make a payment to my account from capitec. In the past this payment was ********** and I've tried to get a hold of capitec to confirm the payment. But every call gets dropped or the SMS notification means nothing and they cannot confirm the payment from it. ive tried calling multiple times now and still noting.

The worst part is when the call gets dropped they don't even have the decency to call back.

Good luck to any capitec client who ever run into any problems. My advice, move to FNB.
