Cumulating interest that doesn't make any sense how they got to that amount.

Can someone please explain to me how my loan amount got to R60k, how can interest cumulate from R1080 to R1800 in just a month. Whenever the system crashes it comes with unknown amounts that a person must settle and yet you fail to provide me proof of the agreed loan amount and how much I have paid towards this loan.
