Cr*p service from Capitec Bank- absolute nightmare

Never ever thought I would get such cr*p service from Capitec BANK. Took a loan out 23 March 2020 for 15000. Terms of the loan are 7 months, monthly installment of R2519.35. now i see it says 8 months, the lady at the call centre says, with an attitude, its not up to me. Apparently they sent me an email and sms, no email, the only SMS i received was "Capitec: view your credit insurance policy ".....with a link, which certainly does not take me to where it states the terms of the loan will be increased. Capitec is full of sh*t.
