****** thy cannot do their jobs right and should close down

My mom gets her disability on her bank account and it has been hacked and now capitec cannot do anything like reimburse her as a bank actually do. She must go to a police station and take it from there. Why the **** don’t capitec have a ***** department to do all investigations. It looks like people I’m capitec is maybe in on it as they cannot protect their customers.
