I had a 14 term loan with capitec,their last debit was supposed to be less my instalment but they debited my previous instalment rather my balance.when i got to the branch i was told i had arreas but when i consulted with my bank for any rejected debit orders it was none.they are realy unproffessional i would never do a loan with them anymore.and i was never told of any arreas
