I took out a police with capitec bank and i wanted it to debit from my capitec account and not standard bank but now I had to reverse the payment now i receive an SMS that i owe the 770 .4for 384 that they supposed to debit how is that so? why must i owe them soo much whereby this is a funeral policy and not an account? my number is ********** 301

I want to cancel this policy I cant owe so much money, even so, if you miss a payment the money does not go up i have policies at avbob,Sanlam they never overcharge me if i miss a payment i want this canceled im no longer interested in this capitec policy anymore
