Capitec clients be careful you are not protected by this bank. Yesterday I did a transfer of R900 to a wrong cell number. Went to the branch at Maponya mall, where they picked that the money indeed left my account. Refilwe the consulted who was helping called the customer service center where we were attentented after exactly 20 min of holding and listening to the music. Refilwe explained my crisis to the other person, which she said I will be charged R7. I started to have hope that my bank is going to reverse my money. To my surprise Refilwe hang up and told me that they can't get hold of the person in which I incorrectly transfered the too. So unfortunately the is nothing they can do, I must come back again today so they can try to get hold of that person, at a charge of R7 again. I'm unemployed the right full owner of the money is on my case. Now Capitec is telling me that they can't figit with peoples accounts without their PERMISSION. BUT that money they will be figiting with does not belong rightfully belong there. So Capitec is saying "********* FIRST, CUSTOMER AFTER"
