Credite card

On the 22 december i transfer the balance of my salary in to my credite card,and my nightmare started.i coudnt with draw and money.i went and see the bank mannanger who inform me that i was listed on the credite buro as under dept review,ever since then i gave nummers proof that iam not under dept review.( screenshot of my credite rate.proof from the dept review company that iam not.17.2 document)now capitec tells me its because there was a dept review inquery for dept review.and my the card is still frozen.Now my guestion is does capitec froze all the cleints accounts just because there was a dept review inquery? Please asst me in this matter.
