Credit update not done for the past 2 years

I was checking my credit record. It shows that I have a loan with capitec. I according to my knowledge the personal loan O had with this bank was paid up and closed in 2019, but until today its still reflect as an open loan which affects my credit score. This has to stop capitec must update all the times than keeping false information about their clients
