Credit scoring

Capitec, please amend my credit scoring. I am incredible frustrated with my credit scoring. I have been applying for jobs in financial institutions including YOU CAPITEC, and all i get it is decline because of this credit scoring. Not because i do not qualify. I reported retrenchment on time, i was taken from pillar to posts whilst i was still waiting for retrenchments documents. The consultants i dealt with they didn't advise me correctly. Now you have reported me as if i missed two payment when actually i was not guided properly because of incorrect information. PLEASE AMEND MY CREDIT PROFILE WITH EXPERIEN, ITC..... HOW WILL I GET THE JOB WHEN YOU REPORTED ME THAT I MISSED PAYMENTS WHEN I DIDNT , IS BECAUSE I GOT RETRENCHED. PLEASE STOP THIS NONSENSE

Capitec Bank, i am really tired of fighting with you, logging complains etc.... i am incredible frustrated. The consultant i dealt with pertaining to my retrenchment ( Thobekile , Killarney branch) she rest assured that Personal loan has been paid in full, however the credit card credit insurance didn't pay the full amount, i am still responsible to pay the balance of R954.00. I received an sms two weeks ago saying there will be debit order of R74.90 for the credit card. Nothing for personal loan. Last night you took me by storm and debited me R2000.00, when i phoned this morning and spoke to Gugulethu and Vernick they advised me that it is for the personal loan. WHY I WAS TOLD THAT THE PERSONAL HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL AND STILL BE DEBITED FOR IT????? YOU TOOK EVERY CENT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT AS UNEMPLOYED CLIENT. Why treat me like a ********, hooligan?????? i never had joy dealing with you ever since i lost my job. And this is a lesson to me doing business with you. I NEED THAT MONEY, I DO NOT HAVE FOOD AND ELECTRICITY AT HOME, I AM STARVING
