Credit score update & loan

Capitec is just a wow bank! I app**** for a loan that ended got handed over & now it is settled. After settlement they say, they will never offer me credit because the account was handed over. How is it other banks offer loans after settlement & not capitec? Sadly I am using the bank for daily transactions. I am really not happy about it. The credit record on App is not updated also, can they work on that too? It's just too much
