Credit report not updated since March 20

Good Day

Would you please update the Capitec Credit Facilty account no. ********** ********** 45 with "Closed status" its be a while since i last used this and you have not update the status with transunion.

Still on the above mentioned account- Credit facility: i started using this in september 2016 to February 2017 and it shows that i have paid for six month which is the term of Capitec credit facility, but my credit report shows that in March 2017 i didnt pay the credit facilty.

I also have a question , why does Capites Credit Facility appear a lot of times in my Credit report whereas on my side this was one account. Please in future let your clients know the disadvantages of using capitec credit facility cos this is not good for one's credit repot at all.
