Credit refund

I resigned from my job in May didn’t pay my loan as I m trying to bush my small business that I started and today the funds were transferred to my account from a client to buy goods for her and 3 installments were deducted to the amount of R20 000 I called but the team leader refused my refund request without any reason I was willing to pay at least one installment and have them refund 2 so that I can at least buy the goods but they refused without any reason. They even refused to refund 50% at least
