Credit rating inaccurate and outdated.

Capitec`s credit rating on the app states that according to experian my credit rating is weak since January when I started paying attention on it until now August no update, however, on experian my credit score is 649 which is not weak but almost good. Now I would like to know how is that possible because I've been paying my debts on time and closed most of my accounts last year. I understand if you don't trust me with your credit but can atleast my profile be updated Pls.
