Credit rating
The company uses Mycreditcheck Experian for credit rating, my rating on with Experian is good and Capitec just refuses to update my rating accordingly. This affects me when I apply for credit. How do I get this fixed

30 Oct 2021, 11:11After being called and promised a call back the same day by a relevant team, I’ve been waiting ever since and no one bothered to call and sort this out. I’ve been told by Capitec to keep Mycreditcheck up to date but they won’t update my credit rating on their app. This is ridiculous.
