Credit Providers giving public BAD re-payment scores.. mismanagement of debt collection in South Africa

Good day.

Not sure if the posting is for Capitec Bank only or if ALL banks do the same.

When you Apply for a loan they ask you what is the DATE when your salary goes into the bank. They say they will deduct the loan amount when your salary reflect into your account.

Saturday was the 24th of May.. Now I receive a notice I am in Arrears with my account.

I did not receive my salary yet. Salaries will only be paid today (due to the 25th falls on a Sunday) the 26 May, work week day!

So my question, how does this NEGATIVE notice negreflect everyone's credit status.???

Shame on the credit providers!!!
