CREDIT loan PAID Off BUT STILL DEBIT MY ACCOUNT

I went to the branch at Blue Hills to settle my credit loan which I did and have a proof. I specifically told Steve and an Indian lady there that the reason I am settling my loan account is for the reason that I don't want the debit to go off coz I need to use my money urgently. And they said it won't go off because it's settled. Today when I wake up, capitec has take my R7300 from account for a loan that is paid up. What the hell?!??? Now I am desperate. What kind of ...... is this?????? Can you pay back my money today???? I need to use that money as in today. Don't tell me about your stupid 7 or 3days to pay it back coz that's what I told ur staff that I need to use the money that's why I'm settling my loan. Pay it back today please, I don't care how you do it but I seriously need to use it today. Just when I thought I am going to switch to capitec but it seems as if I'll be putting myself in a hole. Another thing in need to know why I took a loan and had paid two installments but still when I need to settle loan I have to pay for more than the initial loan debt???? What's that???? I have paid R14 000 in payments for the loan, but when I settle it was R3000 even higher than the loan amount.
