Credit insurance question

Hi Capitec. Please assist with a question that no branch or even your call center is able to answer. I was retrenched & a consultant assisted with my insurance claim. A month later I received a sms message saying my claim is approved. However loan will only be settled in 60 working days. My question is what is the reason for waiting 60 days after being approved? I mean once you are approved why can't the debt be settled. Why wait ninety days in total?
