Credit Insurance Claim
Capitec Credit insurance department is absolutely delayed and offers pathetic service to their customers, you dont get any feedback and or updates on your claim, i am still sitting with an outstanding claim from January and this reflects negatively on my credit report, yet these are services that i pay for.
