Credit insurance

I was retrenched in October last year. I have a credit card and a loan account with Capitec. My unemployment insurance on both accounts was approved, and insurance has been paying until 25th July, when I noticed that money was deducted from my primary account for the Capitecec credit card. I am still unemployed. I've been calling Capitec, but all they do is promise to call back, which they don't. I'm now receiving calls and sms's that my credit card is in areas. This is ruining my credit score, and I won't stand for it. I will have to contact further authorities for assistance. I am still eligible for unemployment insurance benefits.
